JATIMTIMES - Kecelakaan lalu lintas terjadi di kawasan Jalan Raya Kepuh, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, Selasa (14/4/2026) dini hari. Dua sepeda motor terlibat tabrakan adu banteng yang mengakibatkan tiga orang mengalami luka serius.

Peristiwa nahas tersebut terjadi saat sepeda motor Honda Scoopy bernopol N-2756-EAM melaju dari arah selatan menuju utara. Motor tersebut dikendarai Hasan Nursalim (39), warga Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kecamatan Dukun, yang membonceng Wenny Octavia (31).

Kanit Gakkum Satlantas Polresta Malang Kota Eko Prasetyo menjelaskan bahwa kecelakaan diduga dipicu karena pengendara Scoopy mengambil jalur terlalu ke kanan hingga melewati marka jalan.

“Setibanya di lokasi kejadian, pengendara Scoopy melaju terlalu ke kanan hingga melebihi marka. Di saat bersamaan, dari arah berlawanan melaju sepeda motor Honda Vario,” kata Eko.

Motor dari arah berlawanan dikendarai Eqy Faisol (24), warga Kecamatan Manding, Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura. Karena jarak kedua kendaraan sudah terlalu dekat, tabrakan pun tak terhindarkan.

Benturan keras menyebabkan kedua sepeda motor mengalami kerusakan cukup parah. Sementara itu, ketiga pengendara dan penumpang mengalami luka serius akibat insiden tersebut.

“Ketiganya mengalami luka parah dan langsung kami evakuasi ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr Saiful Anwar (RSSA) untuk mendapatkan perawatan intensif,” jelas Eko.

Petugas kepolisian yang tiba di lokasi segera melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) serta mengevakuasi kendaraan yang terlibat ke kantor Unit Gakkum Satlantas Polresta Malang Kota untuk proses penyelidikan lebih lanjut.

Pihak kepolisian mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk lebih berhati-hati saat berkendara, terutama pada malam hingga dini hari yang rawan kecelakaan. Patuhi lalu lintas serta menggunalan helm SNI atau sabuk pengaman.

“Kami mengimbau kepada seluruh pengendara agar selalu waspada, menjaga jarak aman, dan mematuhi rambu serta marka jalan demi keselamatan bersama,” tutup Eko.
